Raymond Low and Marcus W. Mosen join allpago international Advisory Board


allpago international, provider of payment services in the LATAM region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Raymond Low and Marcus W. Mosen to its newly formed Advisory Board.

Raymond Low has worked within the global financial services industry for 30 years. He is an experienced executive manager, comfortable working at all levels within a number of organizations.

His primary focus has been on delivering innovative solutions to the global payments industry. These include; eCommerce, payment processing and data communications solutions to financial institutions, banks, service providers and retailers.

Initially Managing Director of Transaction Network Services‘ UK start-up subsidiary based in Sheffield, England he relocated to Northern Virginia, USA in 2006 to become President of TNS’ global payments division.

Prior to working for TNS, Raymond held a number of senior roles in the networking and banking industry, including Network Operations Manager at HSBC, with overall responsibility for the bank’s international data and voice networks.

Marcus 2

Marcus W. Mosen has a 20+ years professional record in leading payment processing/financial services companies. Since November 2013 Marcus W. Mosen is Chief Operating Officer of ConCardis, a leading German payment acquiring company with international reach.

He has led on senior executive and C-level growth plans for industry and private equity owned payment services companies (e.g. First Data International, easycash Holding, and ogone) organically and through M&A with successful growth and exit records.

Marcus is an angel investor and board member in payment start-ups.

He has an Honors Degree in Business of Economics of University of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, and a MBA of University of Birmingham, Business School, Birmingham, UK. During his carrier he attended the AMP program at SAID Business School and the PMD program at Harvard Business School.
