MRC Copenhagen: Javier Vallaure moderates discussion about Mexican and Argentinian markets

25.09.2014

Javier Vallaure

Today Javier Vallaure, Director of Business Development of allpago international, will serve the MRC’s 2014 European Platinum Meeting as the Table Moderator of the session “Emerging markets: Mexico & Argentina”. The discussion will be taking place from 16:30h to 17:30h at the Oxford hall.

Leading allpago’s expansion through Latin America, Javier will encourage the discussion by presenting the payment industry, e-Commerce facts and figures and highlighting the current opportunities and challenges of the two fast-growing markets.

“Mexico is the second largest e-Commerce market in Latin America and registers the highest compound annual growth rate of the region. On the other hand, Argentina has the highest penetration rate in terms of online buyers, but the regulatory framework and economic scenario raises questions and uncertainty whether to go local”, says Javier Vallaure.

The MRC’s 2014 European Platinum Meeting is the premiere regional event for merchants. Held at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the Conference started yesterday and finishes this Friday.
