Ambient pictures and short videos are being taken by PPRO personnel at this event, for the purpose of internal documentation and promotion on social media.

By entering PPRO’s event you acknowledge that you may appear in such pictures and videos. If you do not wish to appear at all in our promotional material, please inform us when picking up your badge.

The ambient pictures and video do not aim to portray a single person, but rather to collect the ambiance of the event. Your presence in such material will only be incidental. If we wish to film you specifically, e.g. for an interview, we will first ask you to sign an appropriate rights waiver.

Pictures and video clips from the event may be used internally to PPRO or shared on ppro.com or to PPRO’s social media channels on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.

We will anyway preemptively ask you to express your consent, in line with applicable Data Protection Law, if we wish to record an interview with you specifically.
