ZaloPay
ZaloPay is an e-wallet from ZION. Users can transfer money, pay for goods through QR codes (android users can also use NFC and Bluetooth), pay bills including Mastercard and Visa credit cards issued by Vietnamese banks, and add credit to their mobile phone.
Almost 70% of Vietnamese are unbanked and just 4% have a credit card. Support for locally preferred alternative payment methods is crucial to e-commerce success.
Other e-wallets operating in Vietnam include BitPay, GoPay, GrabPay and AirPay.
