Using Wave Money customers can transfer money whenever they like. They can either use a Wave Shop or their mobile phone. The maximum amount that can be sent and received using the app is 500,000 Kyats a day whilst the amount that can be received at a shop is double that (the sending limit remains the same). There is a charge for both sending and receiving money from the shop whilst using the app is free.
